Interior & Ind. Design
Mike is an interior, industrial, and UX designer. After completing a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Manitoba, Mike took an internship in Iceland with world renowned fashion designer Sruli Recht. This experience had a profound influence on his design sensibilities, and after working for a period as an interior designer he decided to go back to school for a Masters in Industrial Design from the University of Alberta. It was during this time that he worked with Fat Crow Design, where he designed and managed construction of the "Hoodoo Tables" found in ATB's Edmonton office.
Mike's experience ranges from building furniture to project managing multi-million dollar renovations. He is NCIDQ certified, and is able to help with any phase of a project from schematic design through to contract administration.
Mike and Vaughan have worked together for a number of years in different firms. Mike’s creative range brings a broader support to our studio.
